Ted Horton-Billard is a former Division Head for the Farmers Insurance Group of Companies and has owned his own telecommunications business engaged in international import and export of voice messaging systems. For years, He supervised senior level attorneys and staff responsible for management of high-stakes and high-profile litigation across the entire United States. He is an experienced California trial attorney having personally tried to verdict more than forty (40) civil and criminal jury trials. He has served as an adjunct law professor at accredited law schools for more than 15 years and has been a frequent continuing legal education lecturer speaking to professionals throughout the country concerning numerous legal subjects. Mr. Horton-Billard is a former member of the California State Bar's Committee on Professional Responsibility and Conduct (COPRAC), and a former Commissioner on the California State Bar's Judicial Nominees Evaluation Commission (JNE). He continues to serve as a Special Master for law enforcement seeking to perform search warrants of privileged materials and is admitted to practice law in Federal Courts, the U.S. Tax Court, and all of the Courts in the State of California.
